The Beat DJ, one of two models in Samsung's latest Beat edition of mobile phones, gives users the chance to create their own soundtracks. After downloading your favourite tunes you can add your own vocals and samples and then get "scratching" on the 2.8-inch AMOLED touchscreen display.
Its 50 megabytes of memory can be expanded with a microSD card of up to 16 GB.
Samsung Thailand is selling the Beat DJ for Bt12,500 with an 8GB microSD card.
