REUTERS - champion of the world of formula 1 Sebastian Vettel took pole position for the Grand Prix of Monaco Saturday after a session of qualifying overshadowed by a serious accident involving Mexican Sergio Perez.
The pole was the 20th career F1 of Vettel, his fifth of the season, first to Monaco and Red Bull sixth in six races this year.
